Raras has experience in enhancing ICT literacy and accessibility across agriculture, crop protection management, environmental sustainability, and livelihood development. She has worked on ICT and crop protection initiatives for agricultural landscapes under DFAT-funded programs, been involved in fertilizer market watch studies in Indonesia, conducted research on the empowerment and commercial value of women sales agents within the crop protection industry, as well as participated in joint action research on precision irrigation technology in collaboration with international providers. Beyond development programs, Raras has also worked in private industries, including finance, plantation, also consulting and project management, providing a broad and innovative perspective on business strategy and agricultural development.
